Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:

We usually ship the product within 24-48 business hours after receiving the order. Transit times are determined basis your location but generally it takes 4-5 working days to deliver the products at your doorstep. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible.

Please note the tracking id will be available under ‘My Orders’ section only after dispatch which is usually 24-48 hours after placing the order. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 850, shall carry a shipping charge of Rs.100

COD orders will carry an additional handling charge of Rs. 100

For eg:
If your order value is below Rs.850 and the mode of payment is prepaid you will be charged a shipping fee of Rs.100 whereas if the mode of payment is COD you will be charged Rs.200 (shipping + COD handling charges)

In a scenario where the order value is above Rs.850 and the mode of payment is prepaid no shipping charge will be applicable however, if the mode of payment is COD, Rs.100 will be charged as a COD handling fee.

Terms of Return and Refund

1. We would accept the request for the return of a product subject to the terms of this policy including clause 1.6 below. 

1.2. Please note a request for return will be entertained only if (i) it is raised within the Return Window (as defined in clause 1.3 below); and (ii) if you are returning the products for any of the following reasons (collectively, Defective Delivery): 

a) Product is damaged; 
b) Product is missing; 
c) Empty box delivered; 
d) Duplicate product delivered; 
e) Used product delivered; 
f) Incorrect/wrong product delivered; 
g) Expired product delivered 

1.3. You must initiate a return request for Defective Delivery within a period of 2 days from receipt of relevant products by intimating us through the website/app/WhatsApp customer support team. You acknowledge and agree that Aeronutrix will be unable to accept your return request for Defective Delivery, if you fail to raise such request within the Return Window for Defective Delivery. 

1.4. If you have initiated a return request for Defective Delivery of one or more products, any article/gift item (Gift Articles) which is provided free of charge along with the relevant products (as part of a promotion by Aeronutrix) must also be returned. Please note, Aeronutirx will be unable to process the return request for Defective Delivery unless you return all associated Gift Articles. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not proceed with the return request for Defective Delivery if the Gift Articles have been opened/used by you. 

1.5. If you initiate a return of one or more products in a combo pack then we will initiate return of the combo pack as a whole and not individual products in the combo pack, subject to the terms of this policy. Therefore, if you intend to return one or more products in a combo pack, then you are required strictly not to open or use any other product(s) in the relevant combo pack. We reserve the We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not proceed with the return request of a combo pack if the products in the combo pack have been opened/used by you. 

1.6. You agree that Aeronutrix will not process return requests for the following reasons: 

a) Product is used or altered by the user 
b) Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged; 
c) Serial Number and/ or the bar code is tampered by the user; 
d) Request for return is initiated outside the Return Window for Defective Delivery; 

1.7. Please note for certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/ refund rules may apply. Information regarding this will be visible on the promotion banner. 

1.8. All our packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. In the event that packaging is damaged, please send a complete video of the box to clearly show the the product is damaged, missing, or incorrect. The customer should ensure the video captures the issue clearly for verification. Any claim without a proper unboxing video will be considered void. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not proceed with the return request 

1.9. Please be informed that for products, for which you had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’ as a payment mode, you will receive refunds in your bank account within 2 - 4 (two to four) business days from the day returned product are received by us and return is approved by us after verification of the returned product. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending upon the banks and the financial institution. Please note that we do not make any cash refunds. 

1.10. Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the products pursuant to this policy, upon our verification of the products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such products which are eligible for return, will be initiated as per the terms of this policy. We will initiate the refund within a period of 2 - 4 (two to four) business days from the date we receive the products at our warehouse and verify the defect or the non-compliance in the products. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Aeronutrix are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted for by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen within the period suggested here, you may contact us and we would be happy to help. 

Missing/Damaged Items:

In case a product is missing/damaged in your order please reach out to us on connect@chicnutrix.com.in with the name & quantity of product missing and attach the images of the products already received. Also share the image of the outer packaging box along with the invoice. Once we received the email we will check with our internal team and after the investigation we will send the missing items or damaged items to you in 5-6 working days.

In case you have received a wrong product or completely wrong order please follow the same process and we shall arrange for a replacement within 5-6 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

You can self-cancel your order in my accounts section or request for a cancellation by dropping us an email on connect@chicnutrix.com.in before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once it is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Please Note: CHIC Club Membership cannot be cancelled once taken.

If your cancelled order is a prepaid one and is cancelled before dispatch, refund will be initiated to your source account within 7-10 working days.
