Vitamins that our body needs daily

Our body does so much for us, it makes us who we are! But what do we do to tell it that we care about it? Not enough...

Being a nutritionist, I have always valued the importance of a nutritious diet and have never questioned what lack of it can do to us. But does diet only mean carbohydrates, proteins, and fats? No, absolutely not!

You will be shocked to know that majority of people do not include vitamins and minerals as a part of their diet. When in fact, they are the most important components that make up the health of our body!

Vitamins such as vitamin C , D, B and minerals such as calcium, zinc and iron are some of the most important building blocks of health.

It is a common knowledge among people now that citrus fruits like orange, guava and amla have vitamin C . But why is vitamin C so important for our body? And why nutritionists are always talking about including it in our daily diets? Yes, DAILY DIET!

I will just put this in the simplest words- Vitamin C gets rid of the toxins in our body! They give you the skin, the hair, and the most detoxified blood that you want! Acne problems are often treated just by including enough vitamin C in your daily diet.

Vitamin D is unfortunately not very much available in our diet. They are mostly found in sea food and are often fortified in milk and butter. So how do we get our vitamin D? WE SOAK IN THE SUN! That?s right! According to Ayurveda, sitting in sunlight during the morning times, that is 6 am to 10 am gives us the vitamin D that our body needs. This vitamin D helps to make our bones and teeth stronger by increasing the absorption of calcium.

Vitamin B is one of the most easily available vitamins when we do not put our body in extreme diets! The B vitamin is easily present in cereals and pulses and is again, particularly important for the proper functioning of our body.

Calcium and iron are the most important minerals for the ladies. Why?

This is because one in every three old age women undergo a condition called osteoporosis. This means hollow bones. Osteoporosis is caused by the lack of calcium in our body. Some of the most easily available sources of calcium are all your milk products. It is even found in seeds like chia, sunflower, pumpkin etc.

Iron, on the other hand holds importance in building the haemoglobin content in our body. For girls and women who are still in their menstruating cycle, iron is especially important. Infact, in some studies, it has also been said that including iron and calcium in the diet can reduce the intensity of the period cramps! Relief, right?! You can find iron in foods that are green! That is the code! They are also found in beef, cashews, lentils, and tofu.

Zinc deficiency is dangerously increasing in India and is a cause of alarm! This is because people have started focusing on other vitamins and minerals and have completely overlooked the importance of a mineral-rich diet. Zinc is also found in a lot of food items that are in fact easily available, such as milk, eggs, spinach, pulses, meat, and even dark chocolate!

When I came across Chicnutrix?s Super C ? Vitamin C and Zinc tablets . I was impressed with the knowledge that they have about nutrition and the products that they have made for the people.

These Vitamin C and Zinc tablets are made of natural extracts such as Amla and also includes zinc , both equally important and responsible for healthy skin! It is easy to consume, we just have to drop the tablet in a glass of water and consume it after any meal!l!

I personally found Super C ? Vitamin C and Zinc tablets highly effective and it was a happy feeling to know that it had everything a healthy and glowing skin can ask for!

So, anyone who is not sure whether to go for supplements , which I understand can be a tricky deal. I can assure you that Chicnutrix really knows their products and they are safe as well!
